  What a ripoff insurance company Progressive is. I certainly hope that no one else in Columbia gets hit by one of their clients in an auto accident. They have you go to "their" estimator for claim damages and no matter how many other estimates you have, you get a check for their low-ball estimate. They also claim that there is no diminished value that they are responsible for in the State of Missouri by statute. I have never bought any products from this company and I hope you will stay away from this scam company as well. Flo Blows!!!

  I was told that it was going to cost me $4.50 cents to cash a check. A checked that 1 of their customers had written to me for services rendered. I have never heard of such a thing before. I cashed checks all over town at all different kinds of banks and never had a fee. the teller working there said it was normal and every bank in town charges fees. I wonder if the account holders are aware that people they write checks too are being charged extra. Needless to say I did not cash the check. 4.50 is not much but I can not see paying them for doing nothing.

  My case started back in June. It's still going on, however, my divorce should be finalized next month. This is not due to the lawyers. However, since hiring the firm I have had 5 different attorneys working on my case. 2 have left, and 2 have stepped in when needed. I have yet to meet, or even speak to my newest one. Knowing Erika was working on my case the whole time and that she showed up to my court date earlier this week was great. I do believe the firm needs to find out why there has been such a high turnover rate within the company.

  IF I SEE ONE MORE GARRY'S ANGELS COMMERCIAL, I'M GOING TO VOMIT!!!!!!!! It's too bad that the office staff sits on their ass all day and DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE DOING ANYTHING because the apartments are pretty nice (not great). The office will do NOTHING if you have any concerns, for instance if THEIR internet is down, they tell YOU to call the provider. Also, they should probably mention to the residents BEFORE THEY SIGN A LEASE, that there is only 1 cable provider that provides service here. This means: you have a choice between getting 3MB/sec (because that's all that Charter offers here) internet ($50) OR use the free internet that they provide and get 2MB/sec (which is really more like 1MB/sec when you use it), you CANNOT get DVR, HD channels, AND in case you thought "no problem, I'll get Dish, it's cheaper anyway." NOPE, no satellites. Trash also costs $20 a month for every apartment, which equals at least $1000 per month for just this complex (doesn't make sense). OH! and are you a person who loves to enjoy a nice soothing shower? TOO BAD!! Because not only does the faucet DRIP when you turn it on if you've just flushed the toilet, but if you DARE try to do laundry while showering or try to take 2 showers at once, you better just walk yourself down to Swan Lake, because the you're not gonna get clean here!! The water pressure is so bad that if you do 2 things at once, the toilet can't even fill itself back up! Who loves pets?!? Do you? Because you're gonna pay dearly for them! $500 NON refundable (which obviously we knew when we signed the lease. But we thought, heck, if we stay here for 2 years, it'll even out to what other rental companies charge. But F***, why would we wanna stay here?!) And as a move-in bonus, they provide you with a paper to sign that says that the blinds are AS IS, and they will not replace any if they are broken upon move in. SO you better save some extra cash before moving your stuff in so that you can have a rainy-day-window-blinds-fund. Therefore, you get bad cable, bad internet, AND bad service from the office. If this sounds like something you like, then please call Garry's Angels!!!
