  I would recommend Jim to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. Jim Rauer helped us buy our first home in Columbia and we could not be happier with the service he gave us. He was always available to show us a house, and if there was something we didn't like about one home, he remembered and made sure to let us know if that same something showed up in another home. We had a short time frame to buy and close since we were leaving a rental, and with Jim's help, we made it happen! Even after we closed and moved in, there were a few things left that the seller had to repair, and Jim made sure they were taken care of quickly. When the day comes that we need a bigger house and want to sell this one, Jim will be our only call.
